A simple, yet apparently effective method to clean your sinuses. Haven’t actually tried this but I’ve heard about this before. No idea if it works, but I can’t see how it can hurt if you use saline water from the pharmacy and a proper sterilized container. Can’t wait for my next sinus headache.

I can attest to the fact that it works. Many allergists recommend it as well. If you wait until your sinuses are totally shut with pressure, however, the sinus rinse won’t do much. It’s best to use it during allergy season, or to help keep your sinuses open when you start getting a cold.
